A practical guide to your farms, your team
and the work you share with your agronomist.
Start with the right farm.
The overview brings together open work, agronomist advice and field-record checks. In your signed-in workspace, use the farm selector to move between farms you can access.
- Check the selected farm before reviewing or recording work.
- Open a task or recommendation from the overview to pick up the next step.
- The sample workspace uses fictional Manor Farm records from the 2026 season.
Find the field and its context.
Farms & fields is your shared field register. Search by field name, parcel reference, crop or variety, then narrow the list by crop.
- Sort by field name or recorded area when you need a different view.
- Open a field to see crop details, the last operation and linked tasks.
- Use Farm map to select a parcel, then plan work or discuss that field with your agronomist.
Give the next job a clear plan.
Work & tasks keeps the job, the field and the person responsible together. Use the open, blocked and completed views to see what needs attention.
- Choose Plan work, then add the task, field, owner, due date and instructions.
- Open a task to review its details and move it through the available work stages.
- Record completion from the task, including the work details requested in the form.
Keep advice and action together.
Agronomist brings recommendations, conversations and shared history into one place. Select the whole farm or an individual field to keep the discussion in context.
- Review recommendations that need your decision.
- Ask a question or approve advice using the actions available to your role.
- Turn approved advice into a task so the decision and the work remain linked.
Share records with their detail.
Reports & exports creates CSV files from the field, task and shared-activity records loaded in your workspace. Exporting from the preview produces sample records.
- Open Compliance to review reported data issues and completion history.
- Use Reports & exports to download the relevant record set.
- In Evidence, choose a pack name, date range and field scope to gather linked activity for a review.
Your workspace. Your access.
Your organisation manages which farms and records you can use. Sign in with the account provided for your farming business.
Sign-in is still being configured
If the sign-in page says workspace access is being configured, you can continue exploring the sample workspace. Your own farm records become available once sign-in and business access are ready.
I cannot see a farm or a record
Check that you have selected the correct farm and that you are using your business account. Your farm manager or organisation administrator can check your farm access and permissions.
A save or a connection has failed
Read the message on the page before trying again. A change is confirmed only when the workspace shows it has saved. If you move to another farm, check that you are looking at the correct record before continuing.
Why are some actions unavailable?
The sample workspace is read-only. In your signed-in workspace, the actions available depend on your role and access to the selected farm.
